Answer: UPS units are used to condition the input power your electronic devices use and to provide temporary power during a blackout. For household appliances and lights we recommend a DC Power Inverter Solution.

How does temperature affect the performance of my UPS.

Answer: Increased temperature will have the most effect on the performance and lifetime of your UPS' batteries. As a rule of thumb, for every 10 degrees Celsius above 25 degrees the life of your battery decreases by 50%.
